Aldershot

The Aldershot neighbourhood is located on the most western side of Burlington and it borders Burlington Bay, the city of Hamilton and the village of Waterdown. Here you will find large lots. mature trees , gentle hills, ravines, waterfront homes, parks, shops, dining and a strong sense of community. This is one of the largest neighbourhoods in Burlington, but still offers a low density feel. Most homes here offer large lots & mature trees. This area is growing with the addition of newer condominiums, shops and townhouses. CommuteToronto by car from Aldershot takes approximately 45 minutes. At rush hour that will increase to approximately 1 hour 30 minutes or more. The GO train is a great alternative, and there is a station in Aldershot. Travel time to Union Station is approximately 57 minutes. The heart of the city is Burlington’s Downtown Core community. The Dynes community has alot to offer. Homes here were built between the 60's and 80'. It is a great family friendly area that is close to the Lake, shops, recreation and amenities.
