Virtual Consultation

Organizing a consultation appointment is an important first step in the home selling process. My Seller Safety Plan can help you do that wherever you are.

With my Seller Safety Program, you can tell me everything I need to know without leaving your home. We will schedule a virtual appointment and explain the home selling process and what I can do differently to get your home SOLD. During our appointment, I will tour your home virtually and learn what your real estate goals are. We will discuss how I can help to create an effective plan that will help.

After gathering data and information, I will prepare an extensive report that will show you the value range of your Burlington property. I will email you a custom home valuation report and we will meet virtually to discuss it in depth. This report is detailed and will provide insight into past and current sales trends, and what’s selling in your neighbourhood now. I will also recommend creative ways to keep your agreement on track and get your home sold for the most money and best conditions.

Moving

My partner moving companies can easily help you to figure out your moving expenses and help you to move. Once we find you a buyer for your home, you might be worried about the logistics of moving out. My Seller Safety Plan can also make this stage easier for you. We are partnered with moving companies that are capable of providing you with a virtual quote to help you budget your expenses and make your move easier.

Closing and Legal

My Seller Safety Plan will help you to closing and beyond. My office will handle the distribution of your contracts to your legal representative. We will also monitor the closing process and be there to help handle any issues and changes that might arise. I will be there to assist you.
