Virtual Consultation

Organizing a consultation appointment is an important first step in the home buying process. My Buyer Safety Plan can help you do that wherever you are. You can tell me everything I need to know without leaving your home. We will schedule a virtual meeting and discuss the home buying process. During our appointment, we will discuss your needs, timeline, and how I can help to create an effective plan that will help.

Electronic Contracts

With my Buyer Safety Plan, all contract signings can be done digitally. Once you are ready to buy, the next stage is the Buyer Representation Agreement. Through my Buyer Safety Plan, I am committed to making this a comfortable experience for you. With the convenience of electronic signatures, you can sign all documents from the comfort of your space. We will review the documents together virtually or on a call. So that I can answer any questions or concerns, and take the time to go through each document to make sure that you understand the contract.

Virtual Showings

We will review properties on the market and the suitability for your needs. We will also virtually walk through areas, amenities, schools, and transit access. Many listings now have virtual tours and walkthroughs available. If you have an interest in a property, I will preview and conduct a virtual showing for you.

Physical Showing Safety

When we have narrowed down prospects we can arrange to view them. Physical showings during today’s challenging times require a professional level of precautionary safety. When it comes to physical showings, I will take the necessary precautions in showing you a home safely and securely. I will supply masks, booties, sanitizer wipes, and gloves for you. I will also coordinate with the listing agent to ensure that there are no other people in the home during our showing and ask for the homeowners to supply a health disclosure.

If you are uncomfortable viewing a property in person, we can structure an offer with a condition on your viewing after you negotiate terms. 

Digital Negotiation

I am well equipped to help you negotiate from a distance. When we have found a home you would like to purchase, I will draft your offer and meet with you virtually to walk you through the paperwork. 

The next stage is the negotiation. Through my Buyer Safety Plan, I am committed to making this a comfortable experience for you. With the convenience of electronic signatures, you can sign all documents from the comfort of your home.

I will also suggest terms that should be included under the current circumstances, negotiate on your behalf, and suggest terms that you may want to be included or excluded. I will also recommend creative ways to keep your agreement on track and get your home purchased for the best terms and price.

Moving

My partner moving companies can easily help you to figure out your moving expenses and help you to move. Once we find you a home, you might be worried about the logistics of moving. We are partnered with moving companies that are capable of providing you with a virtual quote to help you budget your expenses and make your move easier.

Closing and Legal

My Buyer Safety Plan will help you to closing and beyond. My office will handle the distribution of your contracts to your legal representative. We will also monitor the closing process and be there to help handle any issues and changes that might arise. I will be there to assist you.
