The heart of the city is Burlington’s Downtown Core community.  Here you’ll find  city hall, historic buildings, shops, services, great eateries, arts, culture,  waterfront, trails, parks and homes of all styles and types -old and new.

COMMUTE

Toronto by car from the Downtown area takes approximately 45 minutes. At rush hour that will likely double. The GO train is a great alternative, and there is a station on Fairview St. between Guelph Line and Brant Street- minutes away from most homes in this area. Travel time to Union Station is approximately 50 minutes. The Downtown community also has great access to major highways.
